項(xiàng)目位于上海延安中路老上海雜技團(tuán)的舊址，園區(qū)初建于20世紀(jì)20-30年代，50年代此處成立了上海人民雜技團(tuán)（上海雜技團(tuán)的前身）。此后經(jīng)過(guò)整體改造，園區(qū)保留了所有歷史性建筑，現(xiàn)在此區(qū)域目前已經(jīng)成為影視戲劇等創(chuàng)造性工作公司的聚集地。 此項(xiàng)目是在園區(qū)中心的原上海雜技團(tuán)的排練室，整棟建筑分為左右兩棟（A和C）。

This interior project is located in a recent renovated office park with several blocks of historical buildings. Roomoo design studio was asked by their client – Canada Goose a luxury outdoor brand, to work with two of the most central blocks and turn them into the first Canada goose headquarter office in China.

兩棟建筑雖然連在一起，但在垂直和平行的空間緯度上均沒(méi)有樓梯和直接的互通關(guān)系。在垂直關(guān)系上空間相對(duì)更為復(fù)雜一些。C和A棟均為兩層結(jié)構(gòu)，但A棟的二層平臺(tái)相對(duì)于C層的二層平臺(tái)依然有將近3米的高差，A棟的二層要超過(guò)C棟的原始建筑屋頂。目前，加拿大鵝的所在區(qū)域?yàn)镃棟的整棟和A棟的二層加二層的陽(yáng)臺(tái)部分。由于A棟建筑的坡屋頂結(jié)構(gòu)，讓A棟本身的二層也有增加夾層的可能性。因此整體的辦公空間實(shí)際上分布在四個(gè)不同的高度平臺(tái)上。

通過(guò)對(duì)Whatever Eyewear 本身產(chǎn)品的特有細(xì)節(jié)特點(diǎn)研究，在整體店面的視覺(jué)形象的思考上，是希望把Whatever Eyewear 轉(zhuǎn)化成一種具象的力，通過(guò)把這種力進(jìn)行有形化轉(zhuǎn)換，形成店面中心的設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言。中心的旋轉(zhuǎn)裝置是“Whatever”和“Attitude” 兩個(gè)詞發(fā)聲后震動(dòng)的視覺(jué)形象，也是最主要的展示區(qū)域。每片結(jié)構(gòu)采用鋁板沖孔做法，在減輕整體結(jié)構(gòu)重量的同時(shí)滿(mǎn)足對(duì)細(xì)節(jié)花紋圖案的雕刻要求。箭頭圖案鏤空的片狀結(jié)構(gòu)和子彈鏤空?qǐng)D案形成的中心結(jié)構(gòu)共同構(gòu)成了半通透相對(duì)輕盈化的Soundtrack的有型體。同時(shí)，結(jié)構(gòu)中心的發(fā)光設(shè)置和透明亞克力的展示層板可以最大化的展示產(chǎn)品不同角度的的細(xì)節(jié)。最終整體的形態(tài)通過(guò)中心旋轉(zhuǎn)把手分成上下兩部分，與Whatever 品牌LOGO圖案相互呼應(yīng)，在遠(yuǎn)處提供一種擾亂空間秩序的視覺(jué)感。另外，整體結(jié)構(gòu)也可通過(guò)天花固定的旋轉(zhuǎn)軸承來(lái)提供不同場(chǎng)景展示的需求。

空間改造在尊重已存建筑的基礎(chǔ)上希望給予空間新的生命和溫暖的現(xiàn)代觸感，符合客戶(hù)整體的品牌形象。

The intention of this renovation work is to respect the old architectural spirit at the same time give it a new life and warm feeling with a modern touch.

外立面在保留原有建筑立面材料，窗戶(hù)和涂裝的基礎(chǔ)上，通過(guò)金屬板結(jié)構(gòu)勾勒出原本建筑的窗體結(jié)構(gòu)和入口區(qū)域。棕色的金屬板顏色提取自原有建筑的顏色體系，通過(guò)在顏色中加入珠光粉，增加其陽(yáng)光和燈光下顏色的可變性，跟老建筑外立面的材質(zhì)形成對(duì)比。燈光的處理通過(guò)極簡(jiǎn)的線性燈光體現(xiàn)出老墻面的肌理感，進(jìn)一步突出材質(zhì)之間對(duì)比。LOGO的雙層設(shè)計(jì)也通過(guò)背光的表現(xiàn)方式在勾勒出品牌的LOGO輪廓的同時(shí)，照亮原本建筑體上保留的痕跡。

The facade textures are kept as the original, the renovation work plays a subtle role and an extension of the interior, cladding metals are used to emphasize the outlines of this building, also to protect the edges of the original openings. The color choice of facade material is also from the interior elements.

進(jìn)入C棟，橙色燒結(jié)磚形成通高的主體結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)成了空間的主視覺(jué)， 形成了空間的第二立面，連接了C棟一層茶歇、會(huì)議等功能的同時(shí)，并延伸到了C棟的二層平臺(tái)。并通過(guò)新的組合方式致敬空間老磚墻，并提供新的延展性。

Walking into the office from block C, a new made brick wall with full height is playing a contrast to the historical elements. The color choice of bricks is intent to give a warm welcome to the attendance for visitors.

進(jìn)入二層立面內(nèi)，由相同磚形成的整體視覺(jué)感在連接空間不同功能的同時(shí)，形成了抽象的煙囪結(jié)構(gòu)形象，連接品牌整體給人的溫暖感。茶歇區(qū)整體吧臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)為隱藏式，將水槽、垃圾收納、冰箱、烤箱、會(huì)議線槽等功能進(jìn)行融合，優(yōu)化整體空間的視覺(jué)美感，實(shí)現(xiàn)多功能使用情景。

Coming in to the heart of this block, a shared core is visually connecting the pantry to the very top of this building, almost like a chimney place in a condo, here is when the meetings and gathers happened.

基于對(duì)原始建筑室內(nèi)環(huán)境和材質(zhì)的尊重，室內(nèi)空間的營(yíng)造更加強(qiáng)調(diào)老材質(zhì)與新結(jié)構(gòu)和新材質(zhì)本身的平衡和聯(lián)系。內(nèi)部空間將室外金屬板的材質(zhì)延續(xù)到室內(nèi)空間形成空間分割的框架以及樓梯結(jié)構(gòu)，內(nèi)外連接。門(mén)洞形式的結(jié)構(gòu)保證了在空間的每個(gè)角度都能同時(shí)觀察到原始建筑材料和新結(jié)構(gòu)之間的對(duì)比。

The brown metal elements are used both indoor and outdoor. They connected the whole building with different functions and emphasized the contrast between old and new in term of material choices and construction solutions.

兩個(gè)小會(huì)議室緊挨主入口，在強(qiáng)化通透的基礎(chǔ)上，自然的保證了會(huì)議室工作的私密性以及通道的通透性。

There are two small meeting rooms right after the main entrance. They are rounded with half-height transparent partitions which keep the meeting rooms private, at the same time retain the visual connections.

原始建筑拆除的老木板形成了C棟整體地面和一層至二層的樓梯結(jié)構(gòu)。老木地板通過(guò)底層結(jié)構(gòu)的防腐加固，表面的清理打磨和上蠟，賦予了老材料新的使用周期，同時(shí)可以喚起人們老的生活記憶當(dāng)人們聽(tīng)到地板發(fā)出的“吱吱”聲時(shí)。

The staircase to the second level in block C is made from old elm wood boards, the steps come in original wood color and finish to remind people of old building memories through hearing a little ‘crunch’ sound when people step on them.

通過(guò)加固C棟一層主入口的兩個(gè)會(huì)議室頂面，在C棟的二層平臺(tái)與一層平臺(tái)之間原本挑空的區(qū)域增加了兩個(gè)小的共享空間。通過(guò)伸展?fàn)顟B(tài)的樓梯延伸了整體C棟二層平臺(tái)空間。由于高度差，在處理C棟和A棟兩個(gè)平臺(tái)連接時(shí)，C棟屋頂?shù)慕Y(jié)構(gòu)開(kāi)窗在滿(mǎn)足單跑樓梯行走高度的同時(shí)，將室外的自然光和屋頂?shù)木吧氲紺棟和A棟里面，增加室內(nèi)亮度。On the upper level of this area, two short staircases are going to the top of the small meeting rooms, which are two shared spaces with flexible functions.

A棟區(qū)域?yàn)镃anadaGoose的主體辦公區(qū)域，空間整體7米的層高被分成上下兩個(gè)部分，在原始木屋頂結(jié)構(gòu)和白色原始梁體中間，6個(gè)新增金屬結(jié)構(gòu)框架置于工作位的頂部，提供空間辦公照明功能。最大化保留原始結(jié)構(gòu)，減少懸吊裝置燈具等結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)原始空間的破壞。新增照明結(jié)構(gòu)的細(xì)節(jié)是對(duì)德國(guó)建筑師Mies Van der Rhone的“Christian Column”的致敬。Through another staircases is Block A where are the main working area. This 7meter high space with pitched wooden roof, is divided vertically into two parts by series of concrete beams. In between of the wooden roof and concrete beams, 6 cubed metal frames are placed on top of the workstations and become the main lighting system. The idea is to avoid the hanging installments and leave the roof neat and clean. The detail design of the lighting frame is to pay a tribute to the “christian column” by German architect Mies Van der Rhone.
