項(xiàng)目背景 Background

L公寓是一個(gè)90后網(wǎng)絡(luò)主播的居所，90后男主與潮媽（一位緊追潮流與時(shí)尚的媽媽）居住。該公寓位于汕頭東海岸，坐擁一線江景與海景，簡(jiǎn)單的家庭結(jié)構(gòu)與得天獨(dú)厚的自然條件給項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)工作開展一個(gè)具備定制化的基礎(chǔ)。L Apartment is the home of a post-90s online streamer and his trendy mother. Located on the east coast of Shantou City, it embraces the beautiful view of river and sea. The simple composition of occupants and the favorable natural conditions of the site provided a good basis for creating bespoke interior designs.

在城市中營(yíng)造一種自然與和諧放松的狀態(tài)，這是對(duì)豪宅的重新審判，空間中人是主體，特別是在家居空間。我希望空間是自私的，傳達(dá)一種自我的性格。AD ARCHITECTURE hoped to endow the apartment with a natural, harmonious and relaxing living atmosphere. People are usually the protagonist of space, and this is especially true for dwelling space. However, as approaching the project, the chief designer Xie Peihe hoped to express the character of the space itself as well.

自由實(shí)用主義 Freedom & Pragmatism

在居住空間通常講究實(shí)用性，在特殊的條件下，引發(fā)了我們對(duì)于實(shí)用性的一次思考，最大化的分割更多的功能空間與收納空間是在大環(huán)境下人們對(duì)實(shí)用性的理解。而恰恰相反，對(duì)于一個(gè)只有兩個(gè)人的空間，如何讓空間的每一個(gè)頻率都有高使用率是我們對(duì)實(shí)用性的理解，讓家里的每一個(gè)平方米都發(fā)揮作用。Living spaces usually emphasize practicality, and many people think that practicality is about configuring as many functional and storage spaces as possible. For this apartment with merely 2 occupants, AD ARCHITURE regarded practicality as a high frequency of use of every square meter of the space.

通常衣帽間都是與房間為一個(gè)體系，屬于一個(gè)私密空間。在本案中，客廳電視墻與背后的衣柜結(jié)合用建筑體塊的方式與天花進(jìn)行分離，增強(qiáng)了空間的層次又具備實(shí)用性。In general homes, the walk-in closet is relatively private and is integrated with the bedroom into a whole. However, this project breaks with the convention. The wardrobe is set behind the TV backdrop wall which is separated from the ceiling, together enriching the layering of the space via architectural languages and forming a pragmatic functional area.

這也是艾克建筑首次提出中央衣帽間與實(shí)踐，將一個(gè)原本私密的空間釋放出來(lái)讓所有家人一起分享同時(shí)產(chǎn)生了自由有趣的空間狀態(tài)，這是我們?cè)诩揖涌臻g中對(duì)自由平面的實(shí)踐。In this way, AD ARCHITECTURE created a central walk-in closet, which can be shared by the family members and also adds freedom and playfulness to the overall space. This design is an innovative exploration of the layout of residences.

業(yè)主以自己的生活為中心，所以沒有客房，沒有公衛(wèi)的設(shè)計(jì)也因此而變得合理，我希望我們的功能是有價(jià)值的，簡(jiǎn)約是有價(jià)值的。Considering the client lives by himself most of the time, so no guestroom and public bathroom were designed in this apartment. The designers hoped that functions in the space are valuable and truly match the occupants' demands. The spatial design is simplistic but rational and valuable.

沒有客廳的定義，更多的對(duì)居者生活狀態(tài)的表達(dá)，慵懶的在沙發(fā)上看電視，轉(zhuǎn)身隨手拿起一本書閱讀，對(duì)著大落地玻璃的江景發(fā)呆，看手機(jī)。In this apartment, there is no defined living room. The spatial design is more like the expression of the occupants' living state — lazily watching TV on the sofa, grabbing a book to read, standing beside the large French window to starring at the outdoor waterscape, or looking at the phone.

沒有餐臺(tái)的定義，將中島操作臺(tái)與用餐功能進(jìn)行融合，是餐臺(tái)，是水吧，是咖啡吧，更多的是對(duì)生活狀態(tài)的表達(dá)，也讓一日三餐的餐臺(tái)使用率大大的提高。臥室通過(guò)中央衣帽區(qū)過(guò)渡，自然舒適，房間的尺度感在整體的環(huán)境中相對(duì)緊湊，讓人更有安全感與親切感，舒適與安靜。The island integrates the functions of countertop and dining table, and can also be a bar counter. It conveys different living states and has a high frequency of use. The bedrooms are set near the central walk-in closet, featuring a natural, cozy ambience. The relatively compact scale of the rooms gives the dwellers a sense of security, and creates a warm, comfortable and tranquil atmosphere.

自然與體驗(yàn) Natural Textures & Experiences材料以柔和為目的，整體以米白色的藝術(shù)漆與微水泥地面搭配小面積的木質(zhì)感，干凈自然的同時(shí)傳達(dá)了材料本身一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)溫度，腳底與微水泥的自然質(zhì)感進(jìn)行接觸，自然平和。臥室的實(shí)木質(zhì)感的木地板，讓整體的睡眠空間更加溫暖細(xì)膩。The materials are mainly characterized by soft hues and textures. The beige paint, micro-cement flooring and wood are combined, generating clean, natural visual effects while also conveying the warmth of materials. When the feet touch the micro-cement flooring, the occupants can feel the natural textures and peacefulness. The floor of the bedrooms is covered with wooden boards, which inject warmth to the sleeping space.

靜謐的生活場(chǎng)所，平靜、自然、陽(yáng)光一個(gè)真正屬于自己的生活空間This is a tranquil living space that embraces nature and sunshine, a space truly belonging to the dwellers.
