我們根據(jù)老屋改動的可能性出了6版平面規(guī)劃，逐一進行生活方式的討論，最終定下了最大膽的一版，需要移位馬桶，對于老房改造來說，技術(shù)和施工上也是難度最大的一版。我們和馬桶廠家以及施工團隊反復(fù)溝通討論，確認可行性，最終打造了最開闊的公區(qū)，廚房開放、客餐廳一體……屋主想要的美好盡都實現(xiàn)，連鄰居都表示想抄作業(yè)。項目施工的時候，鄰居們經(jīng)常討論「這么個房子，怎么值得你們花這些心思去改造」，完工后鄰居大媽進來參觀了一圈，問了設(shè)計費，表示想做一個一模一樣的設(shè)計。設(shè)計改變了生活態(tài)度，這讓我覺得一切折騰都值得。

屋主夫婦都是自由職業(yè)，待在家的時間特別多，三歲的女兒也需要比較多的空間來活動玩耍。他們一致認為臥室只是睡覺的地方，面積寬敞開闊舒適的公共區(qū)更重要！而原始戶型正好相反，兩個臥室向陽占據(jù)了較大面積，而正對廚衛(wèi)空間的餐廳非常的昏暗，甚至沒有客廳這一說。廚衛(wèi)空間更是擁擠老舊混亂。

整個家以黑白原木的簡約色調(diào)，打造明亮開闊的空間感。為了保證充足的儲物量，整個房子的墻面幾乎都被征用作為各類收納柜，進門的懸浮柜體作為玄關(guān)鞋柜來使用。依墻打造的柜體都設(shè)計成純白色，不影響整體空間感還能增加明亮的感覺，底部懸空的設(shè)計更顯輕盈。入戶鞋柜和電視柜之間嵌入轉(zhuǎn)角卡座，一張圓桌、一盞吊燈，打造餐廳的陳設(shè)端景，原本沒有客廳的房子，如今擁有了一體式的餐廳與客廳。

改造后的餐廳正對廚房門，平日里熱炒的飯菜上桌不用多繞路，美味無需多等。島臺的另一側(cè)也可以進入客餐廳，備餐時也能跟家人進行互動，對于形影不離的一家三口，廚房都可以變成親子互動的空間。轉(zhuǎn)角的皮質(zhì)卡座柔軟舒適，不僅用餐方便，還可以在這里辦公，墻面的軟木板可以貼工作清單，也可以無聲傳遞家人之間的鼓勵與愛意。從廚房看客餐廳，整個空間十分開闊，無拘無束；由客餐廳進入臥室的動線也很流暢。

廚房Kitchen

進門右手邊便是廚房，拾階而上，木地板變成水泥自流平，櫥柜全部的純白亮色，頂部還鑲嵌了軟膜光源，整個空間十分明亮。想要在管道繁多的現(xiàn)況下（都不能拆除）做出舒適的開放空間體驗感，實屬不易！我們在設(shè)計時依形賦勢，有效的利用現(xiàn)場管路去切分活動區(qū)域：熱炒、清洗、小電器臺和操作島臺一樣不少，洗碗機，蒸烤箱等廚房電器也一應(yīng)俱全。

陽臺與次臥打通后，形成一個功能無比豐富的空間：休息、辦公、儲物和清洗晾曬…… 合理的功能分區(qū)有機排列，充分挖掘戶型的優(yōu)勢，利用好每寸空間。進門左手邊做了整面墻的白色衣柜，極簡的設(shè)計，完全不影響通透的空間感，而全房收納系統(tǒng)又能充分滿足一家三口的收納需求，打造出這樣一個井然有序的家。榻榻米床的一側(cè)，我們?yōu)槟兄魅硕ㄖ屏艘粋€工作區(qū)。原始的墻體敲掉一半，搭配定制的桌板和懸浮書架，十分方便屋主工作，收納空間也很充足。懸浮書架做了轉(zhuǎn)角設(shè)計，兩個桌面也一定的高度差，滿足多種辦公場景。一整面陽臺都安裝的香格里拉簾，柔化后的光線顯得格外溫馨，書架之間都滿是雅致的生活情調(diào)。

After repeatedly confirming the feasibility, the construction team perfectly landed the most open version of the design in the public area, which finally made this open and comfortable home. Shower rooms use glass sliding doors that don’t take up space and bring light into the bathroom. A whole glass wall has also been installed on the side near the second bedroom, with a wooden grille as a finish that not only protects privacy but also brings light and enhances the beauty of the space.
